Questions
How do subscription credits work?
A subscription adds a fresh batch of credits every month — 1,200, 2,800, 8,000 depending on the plan. Unused subscription credits do not roll over: they reset when the next month starts. Yearly plans are billed once a year and still add credits every month.
Can I cancel or switch plans?
Yes, anytime from Manage subscription. If you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Upgrades start right away with the new plan's monthly credits; downgrades apply from the next billing date.
Should I subscribe or buy a credit pack?
Subscribe if you make designs every month — the credits cost less per credit. Buy a pack for a one-off project. You can have both: subscription credits are used first, pack credits after.
How do credits work?
Each design costs credits according to its resolution and quality, which you choose before generating: a 1K draft starts at 4 credits, a standard 2K design costs 13 credits, and 4K at best quality costs 40 credits.
Do pack credits expire?
No. Credits from a pack and the 30 free sign-up credits stay on your account until you use them. Only subscription credits reset, at the start of each month.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund policy. You can get a refund for unused credits only. Any credits already used for generation cannot be refunded. For example, if you purchased 900 credits and used 100, you can get a refund for the remaining 800 credits within 14 days.
How many designs can I create with my credits?
At the standard setting (2K, standard quality, 13 credits) you can create about 69 designs with the Basic pack, 153 with Pro and 480 with Premium. 1K drafts cost 4 credits each; 4K at best quality costs 40.
Can I share my credits with others?
No, credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or shared with other users.
Can I use the designs commercially?
Yes. Designs you generate are yours to use commercially, with no watermark — including the ones made with free credits.
