Frequently Asked Questions
How do credits work?
Each AI generation consumes credits. Standard 2K images cost 5 credits, while 4K images cost 10 credits.
When do credits expire?
It depends on your plan: Basic plan credits expire after 6 months from purchase, Pro plan credits expire after 1 year, and Premium plan credits never expire. Free credits have no expiration.
What happens to my credits after expiration?
For Basic and Pro plans, any unused credits will be lost after the expiration period. If you want credits that never expire, we recommend upgrading to the Premium plan.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund policy. You can get a refund for unused credits only. Any credits already used for generation cannot be refunded. For example, if you purchased 900 credits and used 100, you can get a refund for the remaining 800 credits within 14 days.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can purchase any plan at any time. Your new credits will be added to your existing balance and will have their own expiration date based on the plan purchased.
How many designs can I create with my credits?
Standard 2K resolution images cost 5 credits each, so you can create approximately 180 images with the Basic plan, 400 with Pro, and 1,250 with Premium. 4K resolution costs 10 credits per image.
Can I share my credits with others?
No, credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred or shared with other users.
Can I use the generated fonts commercially?
Yes, all paid plans include commercial usage rights for your generated designs.
